Titilayo is a seasoned technology professional with over two decades of experience spanning financial services, information technology, and systems development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Financial Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology. He is also an Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) and a certified Oracle Application Developer.

He joined Matrix Energy Limited in December 2024 as the Group Head, Information Technology, where he is responsible for overseeing the Group’s IT infrastructure, driving digital transformation initiatives, and ensuring the efficient deployment and integration of technology solutions to support business operations.

Prior to joining Matrix Energy, he held senior roles at leading financial institutions including Heritage Bank Plc and Keystone Bank Limited, where he was actively involved in systems enhancement, application upgrades, and the integration of banking and regulatory reporting platforms.

Titilayo brings strong expertise in database technologies, financial systems, and IT operations, with a proven ability to align technology with business objectives and drive operational efficiency across complex environments.
